My library
In this fast-pace world reading calms my brain and after half-an-hour of reading I'm always better than I was before. Most of the books I enjoy are Self Help. I typically finish one every 7-10 days.
My first book was Predictably Irrational which my father gifted me when I was 16. It exlores the idea that our irrational behaviours are neither random nor senseless.
My recent favourite is The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck which I read recently. I highly recommend it.
